KOREA ELECTRIC COMPANY ("the Company") handles personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
1. Information collected and how
The Company collects the following through the enquiry form on this website. Your IP address is recorded automatically when you submit, to prevent spam. There is no membership registration.

2. Purpose of collection and use
The information is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to provide quotations or technical consultation. It is not used for any other purpose.
3. Retention period
Enquiry details are kept for one year from the date of the enquiry and then destroyed. Your IP address is not stored — for spam prevention it is converted into a value that cannot be reversed and used only for comparison, and that value expires and is deleted after 10 minutes. Information is also destroyed on request once the consultation is complete.
4. Right to refuse consent
You may decline to consent. However, the information is required to answer your enquiry, so declining means the enquiry cannot be submitted. You are welcome to contact us by telephone instead.
5. Third parties and outsourcing (including overseas transfer)
The Company does not sell or provide collected information to third parties. It does, however, outsource email delivery so that enquiries reach staff immediately, and personal information is transferred overseas in the course of that delivery. The processor destroys the information it holds when the contract ends.
